BOURBON BARREL AGED TIME TRAVELLER IMPERIAL STOUT

The Time Traveller travelled time— twelve months to be precise— in a vessel of charred oak that once delivered Kentucky Bourbon through the ages. Imparting a pleasingly warm, vanilla-like bourbon character, the aging process softens the snap of the stout’s sinister strength and enhances its fruity esters.

Bourbon barrel aged fat scotch ale

Aged in single-use Kentucky Bourbon barrels, Fat Scotch Ale includes dimensions of warming bourbon and wood. Subtle layers of smoke and vanilla waft to the nose, while the rich maltiness bonds with the oak and whiskey for an experience worth sharing.

CHARDONNAY BARREL AGED LIQUID SUNSHINE

A barrel-aged interpretation of a Trappist monk's dream beer. The sweet, candied sugar and spicy Belgian yeast characteristics of this ale lend themselves magnificently to the vanilla & pear-like qualities inherited from the Chardonnay barrel in which it resided.

MALTS: Pilsner Malt, Cane Sugar

IBU: 30

Bourbon barrel aged giant made of shadows

The Giant returns to the shadows. Aged in single-use Kentucky Bourbon barrels, oak and whiskey run currents through dark fruit, caramel, and coffee notes. The Giant can't be contained by stave or hoop and explodes with richness and complexity.

LE FAT: OAK BARREL AGED BELGIAN SOUR SCOTCH ALE HYBRID

A batch over two years in the making, 2015 Le Fat was a scotch ale, but is a scotch ale no more. Belgian influences from a host of micro-organisms sour the once-sweet Fat Scotch Ale. Hints of fig, plum, and cherries occur naturally as a result. Over time the ale softens and mellows while gaining refinement and character through extended aging in oak barrels once used for winemaking.

MALTS: NW Pale, Munich, Caramel, Peated, & Black

IBU: 30

Bourbon barrel aged old scrooge

Of any character none would benefit more from the smooth mellowing kiss of bourbon than Old Scrooge. A long slumber in single use Kentucky Bourbon barrels marries fruity esters and rich malt body with cherry, wood and vanilla.

MALTS: NW Pale, British Pale, Caramel, Munich
