For 2021, Silver City Brewery was proud to present an all-new lineup of limited edition beers called the “Silver Linings Series". These limited-edition Taproom and Restaurant releases are specifically crafted to bring awareness and generate funds for charitable organizations in our community, supporting causes our team is passionate about.
We look forward to announcing new beers in this series and continuing our collective work in 2022!

Ring Ting Ting-A-Ling is a medium-bodied winter ale with a pleasant creaminess, smooth maltiness, and a touch of nutiness, with a complimentary holiday spice background. This ale gains sweetness from the use of honey and a pleasant tartness from the addition of cranberries.
In the spirit of spreading Christmas cheer, a portion of the proceeds of this beer will be donated to support our local food banks in Kitsap County.

This black lager boasts notes of light chocolate roastiness balanced by medium bitterness and a light noble hop character. Medium bodied, smooth and ready to rock!

Brewed in collaboration with Washington CoastSavers, this delightful hazy blonde ale sports a nice, soft texture with a restrained, pleasant bitterness. Utilizing Yakima Chief Hops’ new Cryo Pop™ hop blend, aromas of fresh pineapple, coconut, and candied lemon peel make this a lovely beach sipper.
A portion of the proceeds of this beer will benefit Washington CoastSavers, an alliance of nonprofit, federal, state, tribal and volunteer partners dedicated to keeping the state's beaches clean from marine debris through coordinated beach cleanups, education, and prevention efforts.

A classic PNW-style ESB, Ripple Effect is brewed with comforting, medium-toasted malts for subtle caramel and molasses character, enhanced with just a touch of smoked malt from Kitsap County’s own Crimson Cove Smoked Specialties (this is a salmon-themed beer after all).
The Hood Canal Salmon Enhancement Group strives to deepen the connection between land, people, and salmon through research, restoration, and education. Their mission is to ensure that wild salmon are once again abundant in the Pacific Northwest.

“Love is Love” is the latest release in the Silver Linings Series. Created in honor of Pride Month, this unique hard seltzer ups the ante from Silver City Brewery’s “Rain or Shine” Hard Seltzer line by increasing the ABV to 7.5% and adding a robust blend of natural strawberry and rhubarb essences, in keeping with the summer spirit. A portion of the proceeds of this beer will be donated to the Seatte Pride organization.

MARTIAN WATER Red Lager was the third beer in the Silver Linings Series. A very drinkable malt-forward lager, Martian Water exudes essences of toasted caramel with a strong backbone of floral Azacca hops. Smooth, crisp, and malty, this beverage will fare perfectly on the dinner table, or on the beach around a fire.
Brewed in collaboration with legendary brewmaster Garrett Oliver, a portion of the proceeds of this beer will benefit the Michael James Jackson Foundation, a grant-making organization that funds scholarship awards to people of color within the brewing and distilling trades. Mr. Oliver is one of the leaders of the foundation, and he personally selected the name "Martian Water" to honor humanity's recent adventures to the red planet via the Perseverance rover.
The Michael James Jackson Foundation is open to candidates at the beginning of their careers, as well as those looking to continue their education. The foundation provides an opportunity for members and patrons of the brewing and distilling industries to directly fund a more just, equitable, and dynamic future.

ROYAL TEA HONEY CREAM ALE with EARL GREY & VANILLA.
This is not your average Tea Party. A collaboration with Pink Boot Society and the women of Silver City Brewery. The result is all the elements of a London Fog in your favorite craft beverage.
Delicate notes of bergamot create a perfect bridge between Earl Grey and the YCH Pink Boots Hop blend. The additions of milk sugar and honey round out the creamy tea effect. Pinkies up are optional but enjoyment is guaranteed.

COMMUNITY UNITY Farmhouse IPA was the first beer in the Silver Linings Series, and was brewed in collaboration with Kitsap Community Resources. KCR is an agency dedicated to creating hope and opportunity to low-income Kitsap County families by providing resources that promote self-sufficiency and stability.
"Kitsap Community Resources serves 10% of Kitsap’s 270,000 residents," notes organization representative Stacy Dore, "KCR helps families and individuals achieve stability through its compassionate services and in partnership with our clients and our community, leading to a healthier Kitsap County!"
Brewed using French Saison yeast, this beer boasts notes of clove and banana that mingle with bright citrus from Lemon Drop hops and hand-processed lemon peel. The result is a playful departure from regular IPAs with a focus on smooth drinkability.
Community Unity Farmhouse IPA will be available Tuesday, February 23rd in 4-packs of 16oz cans, in both the Taproom and Restaurant locations.
