Lumpia

All served with a sweet chili sauce. Keep a look out for seasonal dipping sauce like our peach sauce !

  • Vegetable: Carrots, onions, and cabbage seasoned then wrapped into lumpia.
  • Pork: Pastured raised pork with seasoned carrots, cabbage, and sweet onions.
  • Chicken: Minced chicken breast seasoned to perfection with cabbage, carrots, sweet onion, wrapped and deep fried. 
  • Dungeness Crab: Pacific Dungeness crab mixed with a garlic & herb cream cheese rolled into lumpia. 

Stir fried organic rice or organic ramen noodles

Choose between organic white, organic brown rice, or ramen noodles made with organic flour. The stir fries are made with Chef's selected market vegetables and farm fresh eggs, however, since we make it fresh on the spot certain request could be made!

"It all began in Totten Inlet with the tiny Olympia Oyster. Our great great-grandfather found his true calling in oyster farming, which started our legacy that lives on today. Since then, every generation of the Taylor family has grown up with a passion for shellfish and for the close-knit communities and rugged landscapes of Western Washington."

Join us at the taproom for an exciting night partnered with Taylor Shellfish. Oysters will be offered on the half shell with a suggested beer flight pairing. Available for purchase $24/dozen and $15/half dozen.
