Every day, all things change in minute and imperceptible ways. The journey is long and it begins with a single step until at long last we reach our ultimate destination.

Our renowned Fat Scotch Ale gains Belgian influence from a host of micro-organisms that sour the once-sweet ale. Hints of fig, plum, and cherries occur naturally as a result. Over time the beer softens and mellows while through extended aging in oak barrels once used for winemaking.

Available in very limited 500ml bottles, and on draft at the taproom for a short time.
